Key Features

• Bench 1 has a seat and back fashioned from a long oak slab of half-rounds. The oak is well finished and formed to reflect its original shape when taken from the outside section of the trunk. The frame is solidly constructed from laurel with its bark still on, joined by large embedded nails which are disguised by dowel pegs. The arms featured are flat, rounded and well finished also made from oak.  This bench is large and can seat 3 adults comfortably.

• Bench 2 has a seat and back fashioned from pine slabs of half rounds. The frame is sturdily constructed from laurel with its bark remaining, joined by large embedded nails which are disguised by dowel pegs. The arms of this bench are of hazel rounds with the bark on. This bench easily seats two adults.

• Bench 3 has a seat, back and arms fashioned from thick slabs of oak. These are sculpted according to their original hewn shape and the texture of the grain, giving the bench a unique shape and character. The seat back and arms are finely finished and lightly oiled to bring out the grain. The bench is small and is intended only for 2 average adults (ideal for young newly weds!).
